What can TaxAutomate AI Front Desk handle?
It can handle phone calls, web chat, SMS, email, an optional AI receptionist avatar, Meta messaging including WhatsApp and Facebook, Pinterest messages, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, follow-up, and human handoff.
Can the AI receptionist answer client-specific questions?
When appropriately connected to authorized CRM and client context, it can respond to supported client-specific questions while following access controls and handing conversations to a person when needed.

Is Tax Automate SOC compliant?
